Founded a book club of 15 women in Southwest Mississippi with a friend in 1999. In June of 2007, we read our 100th book together. We enjoy serving food that relates in some way to the book and have been featured in the Book Club Cookbook newsletter. Our invitations are always "over the top" and have been delivered with things like voodoo dolls (Anne Rice) to cake mixes (Poisonwood Bible). I would love to have book suggestions from anyone who has had successful discussions about books within a group like a book club. Recently, I moved to Arkansas and joined another book club. It's amazing that wherever you go there are women who are passionate about reading and sharing their books with others.

I collect crosses and dragonflies and love bookmarks and anything for my desk at home to make book swapping and other computer work fun! Also, I love tasting new coffees and teas and love chocolate.

We have two dogs...Bo, a springer spaniel (15); and Buddy, a mix (5) and four cats, Nadine, Faith, Hope and Charity. My passions in life are animals and books!
